Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available.

Can I use a discount code or gift card?

If you have one, you can apply it at checkout before payment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders begin processing quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at support@ravelandroam.com.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Occasionally! Sign up for email or SMS alerts to receive future offers so you don't miss out.

Why was my payment declined?

Most declines are due to bank security checks, incorrect billing details, or insufficient funds. Try another card or payment method.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed using Shopify Payments' encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We never store your card information.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on location and seasonal demand. Total shipping time ranges from 8-15 business days.

Which courier do you use?

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx through our fulfillment partners.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address. Contact us immediately.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Check the tracking link first. If it appears delayed or stuck, reach out to our customer support team via support@ravelandroam.com and we’ll assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or hygiene-related items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@ravelandroam.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, if your item is eligible and in stock, we’ll help you arrange an exchange.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us immediately with photos and once approved, we’ll replace it at no cost.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Can I return worn or washed items?

We can’t accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

What if my return is outside the 30-day window?

We are sorry, but returns received outside the window will not be accepted.

Do I need the original packaging to return my item?

It is preferred, but not always required. Items must be protected during return shipment.

How do I know which size to order?

Every product includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your products true to size?

Will an item be restocked if it’s sold out?

At the moment, we don’t offer custom or made-to-order items.
